At The Boulder Planet Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your climbing gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, technical hardware and climbing ropes cannot be returned once they have left our facility.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unchalked condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the gear to ensure it meets safety standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
